Brittany is a chameleon in heels, with a keen sense of her surroundings, adaptability to consumer demands, and a high end, low key sensibility that puts clients’ minds at ease.  Brittany has a proven ability of lease negotiations, developing and implementing leasing plans, budgets, market analyses and merchandising plans and is equally known for her strong character, allowing her to forge long-term business relationships.

A native Georgian, Brittany brings over 14 years of experience in project leasing and representing landlords of retail and mixed-use projects throughout in-town Atlanta. Some of Brittany’s leasing credits include Inman Quarter, Emory Point, West Paces Ferry Shopping Center, Three Alliance Center, 715 Peachtree Street, lilli Midtown, The Olmsted and Madison Yards. She has worked with large institutional Landlords as well as local owners such as

Cousins Properties, South City Partners, Perennial Properties, HJ Russell & Company, Tishman Speyer, Redan Knox, JPX Works, Carter Properties, Fuqua Development, Loudermilk Companies and Third & Urban. Currently Brittany’s portfolio consists of properties from Buckhead to Downtown and includes approximately 400,000 sf of commercial space. 

Brittany is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), Commercial Intown Broker’s Association (CIBA) and the Young Atlanta Retail Alliance (YARA) and an active supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Outside of the office, Brittany finds harmony practicing yoga, attending live music performances, and experiencing the culture and cuisine of travel. Brittany resides in Inman Park with her Chihuahua, Macy. Brittany earned her Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Economics at the University of Georgia.
